To recognize GRIEF is to begin to address one of life's greatest challenges. This can be a very arduous process.

It is essential that the problems of a grieving person be approached with empathy and professional understanding. Individuals and groups experience loss in various ways. It may be sudden or the end of a long exhausting ordeal. The patient may be grieving for a family member, have suffered a physical injury, lost a career or a home.

I also help workers with problems in the workplace and counsel groups in times of community crisis. The goal is to help people who are experiencing the rollercoaster of emotions during a painful time.
